Inside the church of San Rocco there are valuable and valuable objects and frescoes. In the left side altar, in pietra serena there is a depiction of the wild boar, symbol of the ancient community of Larciano and in the niche there is a statue of the Saint. In the niche of the right side altar there is a terracotta high relief of the Madonna delle Grazie. On the central dome there is a fresco of S. Maria Assunta. Above the entrance door in the lunette there is a mosaic depicting the Annunciation.

In the apse and in the chapel there are two frescoes by P. Graziani depicting Christ blessing and the Last Supper. The panels of the Via Crucis are by the same author. You can also admire a beautiful organ built according to the canons of classical organ building and ideally inspired by a phonic concept attributable to the German Baroque. The organ with fully mechanical transmission has 40 registers on three manuals and pedal and is located on the choir on the counter-facade.
