This palace was built between the 13th and 14th centuries, it is owned by municipal property and is used as a municipal seat. Following the renovation in the twenties of the twentieth century, the facade has regained neo-medieval style traits, but losing the physiognomy that it had reached as a result of interventions made between the seventieth and eighteenth century. On the inside the Council Hall has great importance thanks to the frescoes reproducing the coats of arms of the main podestà. On the entrance, above a door, there is an oil painting depicting Domenico Buonvicini. The adjoining bell tower is also interesting.
