Anche quest'anno il Museo del Carnevale di Viareggio ha aderito all'iniziativa ideata da Comieco per la #paperweek.

Dal 7 al 13 aprile le scolaresche che verranno in visita riceveranno gadget e materiale informativo dedicato alla raccolta differenziata e al riciclo di carta e cartone.

Il Carnevale è spesso associato al mondo dell'effimero, dove le maestose costruzioni allegoriche sfoggiate lungo il Lungomare esistono solo per il breve periodo delle sfilate. Tuttavia, grazie allo spazio espositivo dell'Hangar 16, questa esperienza può essere prolungata oltre i giorni dei Corsi Mascherati. L'Espace Gilbert, parte integrante del percorso espositivo del Museo del Carnevale, ospita una selezione di opere in cartapesta, permettendo così di apprezzare e preservare questa forma d'arte anche al di là della stagione carnevalesca.
