The prestigious Art Nouveau building skilfully renovated, houses 25 flats between Studios and Suites with refined contemporary design, fully equipped kitchens, comfortable high-quality beds and spacious living rooms to enjoy your stay in total relaxation, even with your 4-legged friend.

ROOFTOP WELLNESS
An area for leisure and relaxation
The Rooftop of Vì Suites is the real pride of our structure, designed for offer guests an area to relax with its solarium area equipped with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas, refreshing Jacuzzis and a suggestive view of the city, Versilia hills, Apuan Alps but also the sea. An experience not to be missed and the ideal place to relax after a ride by bike or a jog, afterwards a day spent on the beach or simply after one working day; enjoy a drink watching the sunset with whoever you'd like to, enjoying this unique panorama.

SMART OR STANDARD STUDIO:
single living and sleeping area plus a private bathroom with XL shower and surfaces from 19 to 26 square metres.
The Standard Studios located mainly on the ground floor, are also equipped
with autonomous access with personal code directly from the outside. The Smart Studios are located between the second and the fourth floor.

SUPERIOR SUITES (WITH OR WITHOUT BALCONY):
two separate rooms between living area (living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen) and sleeping area (double bedroom) as well as a private bathroom with XL shower and a surface area of up to 40 square metres to accommodate up to 4 people.

DELUXE SUITES (WITH OR WITHOUT BALCONY):
they offer the best possible solution of stay ample space and a surface
area of up to 50 square metres; they can comfortably accommodate 4 people and consist (depending on availability) of two or three rooms separate living area (living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen) and night area (1 or 2 double bedrooms) as well as a private bathroom with XL shower, natural and organic amenities.

CLEANING AND LINEN
- For short stays up to 3 nights, the cleaning of each apartment (excluding kitchen) will be made daily along with the tidying up of the sleeping area only, without any change of bed and bath linen
- For medium-long stays from a minimum of 4 nights, the cleaning of each apartment (excluding kitchen) will be made every 3 days while the change of bed and bath linen once a week
- Only in case of full use of the kitchen it will be charged an extra cost of € 40.00 for the final cleaning (one-off charge) which will be made by our staff after the departure; on arrival, in the apartment each guest will find a kit of cleaning products for the daily tidying up of the kitchen and the use of the dishwasher.
