The Campana-Bonaventuri-Santini palace was built in the early 17th century at the behest of Stefano Duadenet, founder of the Campana dynasty.
In fact, there are numerous architectural elements that recall Palazzo Rossetti, which belonged to the same noble family: built on three floors with a terraced garden, niches and stairways, it has an important main entrance enriched by a colonnade in Tuscan Doric style.
Of notable interest are the façade, the noble rooms reworked in eighteenth-century style and, on the first floor, a fresco with the family coat of arms.
In 1918 it was sold, together with other properties, to the notary Santini and is still a private residence belonging to his heirs.
