The fountain, located at what in 1877 was the point of confluence of the Serra torrent with the Vezza river, is built in white marble and bardiglio from Monte Costa.
It has a central body of an almost triangular shape and on the fronts there are three sculpted circular basins surmounted by three marble sculptures representing cherubs riding a fish.
In the centre stands a column decorated at the base with three human faces from whose mouths drinkable water flows.
At the upper end of the column is placed an ornamental vase with a marble plaque bearing the name of the client (the municipality and the people themselves), the author of the work and the date of construction (MDCCCLXXVII).

Work created in 1877 by the master Gaetano Saviotti
