Oratory of the Holy Guardian Angels

The Oratory of the Holy Guardian Angels is located in Via 20 Settembre in Camaiore and was built by the Company of the Holy Guardian Angels in 1652. The façade has an entrance portal and two octagonal windows, of recent date, all covered in marble. The counter-façade houses a small choir. The rectangular building has a presbytery oriented to the north-east, the hall is decorated with a system of pilasters and columns, while the main altar has a serliana motif (an architectural element composed of a round arch symmetrically flanked by two openings surmounted by an architrave; two columns are placed between the arch and the two openings). This last chapel is covered by a ribbed vault. The hall, without decorations, is covered by a flat ceiling with the Marian monogram painted in the center.
