The Lecciona and the Free Beaches of Viareggio

In Viareggio there are three free beaches.
The first is next to the pier, not very big and often crowded.
It has the quality of being close to the Viareggio promenade so as to have everything within reach.
The second is in Darsena, at the beginning of Viale Europa, very large and spacious but not equipped.
Continuing south, at the end of Viale Europa, you will find the last completely free beach.
Spacious and uncontaminated, this natural oasis is called Lecciona beach, it is the most iconic in the municipality and has become a perfect place for naturists, with a specific regulated area and intended for those who want to enjoy the sea and the sun in complete freedom.
Its extension reaches up to Torre del Lago where we find the last free beach on the coast.
