La pandemia sarà per sempre indelebile nella nostra memoria.

E questo commuovente ed emozionante progetto è nato proprio nel marzo 2020, in una situazione di isolamento totale, su suggerimento dell'Assessore alla Cultura, Elena Sinimberghi.

La Biblioteca comunale 'Giuseppe Giusti' invitò i cittadini ad inviare poesie e disegni che esprimessero i pensieri e le emozioni legate a quel particolare momento per sentirsi più vicini anche nella distanza fisica.

Gli elaborati furono pubblicati sulla pagina Facebook della Biblioteca, nell'attesa di tempi migliori per poter organizzare un evento tale da rendere visibilità a questi lavori e festeggiare insieme, per mostrare a tutta la cittadinanza i capolavori creati in un periodo difficile per tutti, giovani e anziani.

Non è stato facile riuscire a reperire tutti i disegni, alcuni sono stati dimenticati in qualche angolo nascosto di casa durante tutto questo tempo, mentre le poesie sono state copiate dal personale della Biblioteca e saranno al completo.

È arrivata finalmente l'ora di dare il giusto risalto a queste opere attraverso una mostra dedicata a loro!

The Historical Archive has long had a paper inventory for the part before the unification of Italy, while for the post-unification part there is a good computerized inventory on this site of 7502 records corresponding to as many archival news.
