The non-profit amateur sports association Jinying he Shui is dedicated to the promotion of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong in the areas of Landriano, the Pairana hamlet (PV) and Assago (MI).
The ASD is associated with the Italian Fenguang Federation of Pieve Emanuele (MI), the Regional CSEN and is regularly registered in the CONI Register.
The activity of the ASD consists in the organization of annual taichi and qigong courses in municipal sports facilities with the non-onerous patronage of the Municipality of Landriano, open days and free training sessions in parks aimed at citizens.
It has been active in the Landriano area since 2020.
In Pairana and Assago from 2022.
During the sports year, technical courses and an end-of-year summer course organized by the Fenhuang Federation are also held.
Furthermore, at the end of the year, students take exams to pass to a higher level in front of the Fenghuang technical commission recognized by CONI and, from 2022, competitions are planned in the Gallarate (VA) taichi sector, which the ASD adheres to.
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art of self-defense, a form of moving meditation and a form of gymnastics for psycho-physical health.
It is suitable for all ages.
Qi Gong is a psycho-physical practice that is part of traditional Chinese medicine and aims to rebalance energy by promoting a conscious experience of one's energy (Qi) through breathing control.
