The chapel, annexed to the parish church of Santo Stefano, has been the seat of the Confraternity of the SS. Sacramento since the 17th century. Its interior has a single hall with a barrel vault and triumphal arch and preserves some sacred furnishings made between the 17th and 18th centuries by some Tuscan workshops. On 2 April 2022, on the occasion of the first historic Dies Angioinus, the chapel was dedicated to San Lodovico d'Angiò, Bishop of Toulouse and patron saint of Serravalle Pse, and became the seat of the Compagnia di San Lodovico, a body of canon law of the Parte Guelfa.
