The building where the medical clinic is located today was built as a multipurpose space. Work began on February 21, 1937, close to the Grande Bolognina canal. After a few years, the new building was inaugurated by the Minister of National Education Giuseppe Bottai, dedicating it to the Prince of Naples.
With its construction, the town hall, the civic aqueduct, still visible today, the elementary schools divided into girls' and boys' sections and a gymnasium were built in Landriano.
Since the 70s the municipal headquarters was permanently moved, while instead it was the seat of the elementary classes until the 2000s, the original body of the structure has remained unchanged except that today it is the seat of the medical polyclinic. The tower of the civic aqueduct still provides, from 11.00 pm all night, drinking water, to the citizens of Landriano.
On the side of Piazza Marconi, in front of a staircase that was once the entrance to the Town Hall, the stumbling stones were placed in memory of the brothers Sigmund, Max and Sofia Bick, Jews deported during the Nazi-Fascist period, placed there because by law they had to sign every day to verify their presence. The stumbling stone in memory of the Landrianino soldier Mario Spadari was placed later in 2023.
