In the three-year period 2008-2010 a new important series of interventions was carried out in the ancient structure of the Conti Guidi castle, which led to the demolition of architectural barriers and a further refurbishment campaign. The collection and exhibition spaces have been renovated and expanded thanks to the close collaboration of historians, engineers and digital modeling technicians.
