Lo stage nazionale di Arti Marziali 'Ju Jitsu Competition' è una manifestazione che oltre ad avere uno scopo benefico, è ormai un appuntamento fisso nel calendario delle iniziative sportive di dicembre a Montecatini Terme e questa edizione è valida come qualificazione ai prossimi Campionati Italiani programmati a dicembre 2022 proprio nella nostra Città.

Nella giornata di sabato, inoltre, si terranno gratuitamente lezioni di difesa personale femminile aperte a tutte le coloro che vorranno avere una prima conoscenza delle manovre di difesa in caso di aggressione. Le lezioni si svolgeranno dalle ore 15.00 alle ore 17.00 e saranno tenute dal Maestro Mattia Buldo.
