The Nuoto Valdinievole amateur sports association takes care of a variety of services ranging from the proposal of swimming courses of the Federal Swimming School for users including newborns, children, teenagers, adults and the elderly to that of water fitness courses; gentle gymnastics for the elderly; hydrokinesis; courses for obtaining the Lifeguard Certificate.
While giving considerable space to activities that directly satisfy the needs, without age preclusions, of the inhabitants of Valdinievole and the surrounding municipalities who want to acquire a culture of water and well-being that comes from learning and practicing aquatic and motor activities for a qualitatively better lifestyle, the competitive sector is not neglected - indeed, it is the driving force - in the belief that Sport must be an experience 'for life'.
