Molino del Gamboni (formerly Molino la Tromba)

This mill had four millstones and an oil press. The milling involved not only wheat and other cereals, but also chestnuts and acorns.

The mill, today, has remained exemplarily intact (with the barrel, the water inlets, the millstones and the vaults that support the building from which the water discharged from the ritrecini came out), even preserving inside it the palmenti and the nineteenth-century wooden hoppers!
