This church was founded, according to local tradition, by the Countess Matilde di Canossa in 1100 and still retains the gabled façade and the semicircular apse in Romanesque style. It is a place to visit especially during the weekends in July, when the small village comes to life thanks to the Sant'Amato a Tavola festival and you can taste the local dishes while admiring an enchanting sunset.
