Path of the Constitution

Along the Ertona path, a pedestrian street that climbs the Bonistallo hill and that many people from Poggio have traveled in the past years to go from there to Bonistallo and Carmignano, the Municipal Administration in 2018 decided to install 12 lecterns each equipped with a panel. Each panel contains the text of one of the first 12 articles of the Italian Constitution. Since then, every 25 April the mayor leads a walk along the Path of the Constitution, giving voice to the principles and values on which the Italian Republic is founded: work as a 'right for all', equality among citizens, freedom, democracy, solidarity and equal social dignity, justice, the repudiation of war and the development of culture, all indications for the construction of a solidarity society, capable of giving equal dignity to all.
