The public library of Pieve a Nievole was established in 1980, but only with the inauguration of the headquarters in 1994 it began to work.
Equipped with modern and warming equipment, it offers different kinds of services. In addition to having an updated bibliographic heritage in line with editorial news, its strength lies in children's literature and services; in fact, in October 2000 the 'Children's Reading Center' was inaugurated, a new space, set up as a play, reading and entertainment area aimed at children, with activities managed by animators and teachers.
