Parkrun Spa

Let's walk or run together the 5 km of ParkRun inside the Montecatini Terme Park, on a completely pedestrian path immersed in the park's vegetation.
Terme parkrun is in fact a free timed walk-run, included in the www.parkrun.com circuit present throughout the world in over 20 countries.
We all start together and each one goes at his own speed.
There are no time limits.
Everyone runs at their own pace.
The only goal is to have fun for free and have fun in a natural environment available to everyone.
To run with parkrun, simply register for free on the website www.parkrun.it/register/, download your personal barcode, print it and take it with you wherever parkrun is in the world.
